Part-Time Training Specialist - Esthetics

Advance your esthetics career with Eminence Organic Skin Care as a part-time Training Specialist in Calgary. This role focuses on educating Spa Partners, building strong relationships, and promoting product excellence.
As a contracted specialist, you’ll collaborate with the Outside Sales Representative (OSR) to deliver effective training and support to existing Spa Partner accounts. Flexibility to work 3-4 days a week is essential for accommodating various training needs across the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate regular business meetings with Spa Partners
• Conduct tailored training sessions and follow-ups
• Prospect and onboard new Spa Partner accounts
• Record detailed training recaps for OSR
• Assist with inventory management and order placement
Requirements:
• Current Esthetics License with 2-3 years of experience
• Experience with Eminence products preferred
