  Description 
  Fundamental Objectives of this Position:  Provide therapeutic services, crisis intervention, and campus-wide programming through the Office of Counseling Services. Act as an integral member of the Student Affairs team that provides a program designed to support and enhance student success.
 
  Responsibilities 
  Institution wide responsibilities 
 Participate with other members of the campus community to enhance the students’ learning and to promote their well-being at Mount Union. 
 Implement departmental objectives, which are consistent with and serve to support the University of Mount Union mission.
 Serve on institutional committees as requested.
 Collaborate with student affairs staff and others in coordination with institutional efforts regarding retention.
