Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented VIRTUAL ASSISTANT to provide remote support across administrative, CRM, and customer engagement functions. This role is perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, communicates well, and can manage tasks independently.
Location: Remote
Working Hours: Based on Australia (Melbourne) Time Zone
Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays /6 hours per week to start, with potential for more
Opportunity to Increase Hours: Yes, depending on performance and business needs
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and manage leads in Zoho CRM; create and send sales campaign emails
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and manage potential leads
- Monitor and respond to emails, manage follow-ups
- Support customer communications and follow-up tasks
- Create presentations and proposals using Canva
- Perform administrative tasks including Excel-based work
