We're looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who thrives in backend systems and can also support light personal brand content once per week.

This role has strong long-term growth potential for the right person.

Primary Focus: Admin & Operations Support

You will help keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and maintaining structured Asana task boards
• Building and organizing SOPs inside Asana
• Following up on incomplete client intake forms
• Managing waitlist tracking and follow-ups
• Conducting weekly membership audits inside the booking platform
