Part Time WFH Online Customer Service

Job Overview

We are seeking a responsible and self-motivated WFH Part-Time Online Customer Service Representative to support our customer engagement activities for a short-term project until March 2026.

This role primarily involves outbound cold calling to introduce an online financial learning platform and invite customers to join a free learning group. You will also be responsible for recording call outcomes and maintaining simple customer records.

This is a work-from-home, weekday-only role with minimum daily performance requirements. Suitable for individuals who are disciplined, able to follow instructions, and comfortable working independently.
