About the Role

We're looking for a Youtube Channel Manager with a deep understanding of YouTube to help launch, manage, and grow a content channel. This role blends strategy, execution, and analysis, with a strong focus on performance, audience engagement, and channel growth.

The ideal candidate understands how YouTube works at a granular level—thumbnails, titles, CTR, retention, SEO, Shorts, and community engagement—and is comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day channel operations.
