Job Description
1. General
Passionate about our products & brand to provide excellence Customer Service at all times whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers to drive commercial success.
2. Product
Support to maintain the shop floor, assist with visual merchandising, stock management & replenishment
Support in all merchandise related processes (e.g. deliveries & returns)
Support in all stock take & cycle counts related processes
Requirements :-
Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience is required along with an excellent understanding of premium fashion industry
Passionate & knowledgeable about the brand
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business
Willingness to constantly learn & develop
Perceptive of customer needs
