Parties & Events Manager

Essence of the position:  

We are searching for a new Parties and Events Manager. A key Head of Department in our newest venue, this role will have you taking charge of all parties and events in the venue, ensuring a smoother operation and a remarkable guest experience! Some of your key areas of responsibility will be:  

• Partnering across all departments to ensure smooth parties and events end-to-end, from the moment the party is booked until final feedback is received! 
• Lead a team of Event Hosts and your Party Supervisor, working together to create immersive and premium celebrations
• Be obsessed with providing our guests with a remarkable experience and be constantly looking for ways to improve
• Our dedicated Sales and Events team will look after securing all events; it’s your job to prepare the team, ensure organisation end-to-end, deliver the fun and gather feedback afterwards
