**Partner Account Manager, Malaysia** **Job Family Summary:** **This role is an Individual Contributor, will be based in Kuala Lumpur, and will report directly to Malaysia Sales Leader.** **You are responsible for:**

+ **Defining and effectively executing the Philips-Partner Strategy to sustainably grow the business.**

+ **As a main point of Partner contact, the creation and execution of a joint business plan and capability development of Partner to drive and achieve set (yearly) targets.**

+ **Understands the optimized Go to Market set-up in the assigned territory and will drive it accordingly (in alignment with Regional Management Strategy) & manage one or more Partners.**

+ **Capture and understand Partners’ business model, eco-system and value-proposition **
