Overview:

We are seeking a senior Capital Markets Partner who will lead, build and be the public face of the Capital Markets practice in Mumbai. The role is ideal for a professional with a strong market presence, proven business origination capability and the ability to independently drive equity capital market transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the face of the Capital Markets practice and represent the firm in the market

• Originate and grow business across IPOs, QIPs, rights issues and listed company advisory

• Lead transaction strategy, regulatory structuring and end-to-end execution

• Advise issuers, promoters, investors and intermediaries on SEBI regulations and disclosures

• Drive drafting and review of offer documents and ancillary filings
