Partner Development Manager Portuguese Market

We are hiring a Partner Development Manager for the Portuguese Market to help us grow the company.

Our team is just getting started, offering a unique opportunity to own both strategy and execution of the Portuguese market and help shape our Partnerships team.

Responsibilities

• Search for new potential partners and manage the full partnership cycle, from first contact to onboarding into our partners program.
• Identify and build strong relationships with partners that align strategically with us in the HR space.
• Own the strategy and execution for business plans with partners.
• Serve as the main point of contact for several partners.
• Hold regular meetings (cold calls, video meetings, demos) with partners and their clients, keeping them updated on the product and solving specific problems.
