You will act as the critical link between global enablement priorities and local market needs, ensuring partners are equipped to sell and deliver solutions effectively.

What Will You Do

• Translate global enablement priorities into actionable regional plans that support local partner needs.
• Design, lead, and execute enablement initiatives such as bootcamps, technical labs, and on-demand learning.
• Build strong relationships with Practice Leads and other key personnel for the main partners in region.
• Build strong relationships with partner sales leadership, solution consulting teams, and global enablement colleagues.
• Monitor partner readiness through dashboards, certification metrics,enablement adoption data, and parter-sourced opportunities.
