With deep expertise in DIFC and DFSA-related work, the team regularly handles capital markets transactions, securities offerings, company law issues, property development projects, and dispute resolution in both DIFC arbitration and courts.

The firm also advises High Net Worth individuals, Sovereign Wealth Funds, and is increasingly active in FinTech and digital assets.
