Partner Onboarding Specialist

About the Role

Muvr is an on‑demand moving, hauling, and delivery marketplace. We’re looking for a Partner Onboarding Specialist to ensure new driver‑partners and service providers are onboarded accurately, compliantly, and efficiently.

This role focuses on documentation, compliance, partner communication, and activation readiness. You’ll work closely with Partner Acquisition and Operations teams to make sure partners are fully set up and ready to go live on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new partners
• Review and verify partner documents (licenses, insurance, background checks, vehicle info, etc.)
• Ensure all onboarding and compliance requirements are met before activation
• Guide partners through onboarding steps and timelines
