Partner

Overview

A Partner has responsibility for the delivery of consulting projects, leading small but high impact teams of consultants to drive impact for our clients. Partners are typically aligned to one or two Industry or Functional Practice Areas (though may also lead projects outside these Practice Areas on occasion).

Responsibilities

Partners are also actively involved in Business Development and contributing to proposal development together with Partners in the Practice. As the senior person most frequently at the client site, Partners interact with the client lead on a day-to-day basis to ensure that expectations are aligned. Partners provide the project management oversight required to meet client expectations. Responsibilities may include the development of presentations, managing of external relationships and consultant work progress, providing status reports, and overseeing budgets.
