The Partner Success Officer supports the Partner Success Department in building, strengthening, and sustaining long-term relationships with key partners, including Key Accounts (KA) and Internet Service Providers (ISP). This role focuses on partner engagement, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement through collaboration, data insights, and proactive support.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Relationship & Success Support

• Assist in developing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with existing partners
• Work closely with partners to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide guidance on platform features and internal processes through onboarding and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
• Monitor and track partner performance against defined success metrics and KPIs, including sales performance, SLA compliance, and support interactions
