Partner Success Lead

Key Responsibilities Reporting to a Senior Leadership Team member, this position will provide leadership for the assigned partnership success team. Drives strategy and execution by guiding a cross‑functional team in an agile work environment. Leads the development and execution of sustainable and profitable growth strategies for assigned partners through strong execution of priority initiatives. Responsible for developing, recommending, and implementing strategic and annual plans while driving profitable growth.

Directly manages one or more cross‑functional teams that are responsible for daily delivery and business performance.

Responsible for team‑specific P&Ls.

Develops a deep understanding of current and future market and customer needs.
