Job Summary:

The Talent Partner plays a key role in attracting, selecting and integrating talent within the organization. This person acts as a partner with managers to meet staffing needs and ensure a consistent and quality candidate experience. In addition to talent acquisition, the individual supports performance management and expertise development programs. They are responsible for implementing employee experience and engagement initiatives, including health and wellness, recognition and philanthropy, ensuring accessibility and respect for all identities.
