Partner Technical Specialist

The Partner Technical Specialist (PTS) works with different cloud solutions, supporting resellers and our internal teams with technical assistance and technical thought leadership. The role encompasses enablement and growth of cloud and cyber security partners as well as the scoping, deployment and high-level support for solutions to our partners and their customers. The successful applicant will work hand in hand with our vendors (like Microsoft, Google, etc) and Cloudmania's internal stakeholders to drive the technical aspects around sales of all offered services. The incumbent will be an expert, assisting partners to retain their customers, identify upselling opportunities and advising them on the best options available for their customers. The role will focus on the acquisition and presales engagement of cloud customers.
