Key responsibilities

• Build and grow strategic relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify and scope high-impact strategic and operational projects
• Collaborate with Talent Service Partners to identify top-tier independent consultants to deliver exceptional results
• Provide hands‑on project oversight, quality control, and client delivery
• Drive commercial negotiations and close new business opportunities

Requirements

• Proven track record in business development within pharma, biotech, or medical devices
• Strong consulting background in structuring, framing, and quality assurance of complex projects
