Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Partner Strategy & Management
Define and execute the partnerships and channel strategy across banks, payment networks, ISVs, and facilitators
Act as executive POC for priority partners and escalation owner
Segment and prioritize partners based on revenue, scalability, and strategic value
Revenue & Channel Performance
Convert and manage partner‑sourced new merchants.
Establish KPIs for partner pipelines, conversion, and time‑to‑revenue
Define clear ownership and handoff between Partner Channels, New Accounts, and Account Management teams
New Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth
Identify, negotiate, and onboard new ISV, SaaS, e‑commerce, and embedded payments partners
Structure commercial models
Drive joint go‑to‑market with strategic partners
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead Partner Channel Managers and partner‑focused sales executives
