About the Role

Location: Europe / UAE (Remote or Hybrid)

Duties

• Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners (introducers, affiliates, platforms)
• Build and scale referral and ecosystem-driven deal flow
• Drive co-marketing initiatives and joint go-to-market activities
• Manage partner pipeline and referred revenue
• Track partner performance and optimise underperforming relationships
• Act as the internal owner for partner-sourced opportunities

Requirements

• 3–7 years experience in partnerships, business development, or alliances
• Strong fintech / payments / crypto ecosystem knowledge
