**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in sales, partner management, or business development, preferably in tech or digital marketing environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, managing multiple partners and tasks simultaneously.
- Results-oriented with a strong ability to achieve sales and performance targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and partner management.
- Experience working with marketing agencies is a plus.
