Partnerships Manager - Neem

Overview

Our client Neem is looking for a Part nership Manager in Karachi. This is a full-time, Karachi-based role focused on acquiring and expanding high-volume businesses that require structured payout solutions. The individual will independently originate, nurture, and close large payout deals and convert those relationships into deeper infrastructure partnerships by integrating Neem's collection and ledger systems into clients' operational stacks. It demands hands-on knowledge of disbursement-heavy business models, including payments, payouts, taxes, payroll, lending, and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Disbursement sales
  • Drive acquisition of high-volume disbursement clients across multiple industries, for example:
  • Nano-lending platforms
  • Payroll and HR tech companies
  • Fleet management operators
  • Insurance companies
  • Marketplaces
  • Financial service providers
