About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and solutions driven Pre-Construction Manager (PCM) to lead projects for our LLA team from early identification through to start on site. This is a pivotal role ensuring each development is fully prepared, risk assessed, commercially validated, and ready for a seamless handover to the Construction team.
