Partnerships Specialist

We're looking for a motivated Urdu & English–speaking Partnership Manager who wants to work with global teams, build strong business relationships, and grow quickly in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively search for and engage new partners through digital channels and direct communication.
• Manage incoming partner leads, guide them through onboarding, support their launch, and help them achieve initial results.
• Act as the main point of contact for partners, identify issues, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them efficiently.
• Monitor partner performance and provide guidance to help improve results and strengthen long-term cooperation.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in partnership programs, digital environment, or online business development.
• Confident use of Google Sheets/Excel, Docs, and email tools.
