Parts Admin

The Parts Admin is to maintain and keep track of accurate records in inventory and transactions entering and updating data related to stock movements, such as incoming and outgoing and receiving in the warehouse management system. Ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting order fulfillment ordering and purchasing customer needs, and enhancing the efficiency of warehouse operations.

Job description:

• Maintain and update inventory records to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Assist internal teams with parts inquiries and availability.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all transactions.
• Support the parts team in organizing and labeling inventory.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor and manage parts returns, warranties, and exchanges.
• Assist in generating reports related to inventory, sales, and procurement.
