Duties & Responsibilities:

• Parts Selling and Marketing
• Maintains regular communications with all ZWM Parts customers to ensure efficient and quick resolution to every Parts Inquiries & Concerns (especially for clients who purchased machines directly from ZWM)
• Provides Parts Selling support (i.e., WeChat, phone calls, emails, etc.)
• Prepares and coordinates Parts Sales Quotations and Billing Invoice to all ZWM Parts Customers / Clients (i.e. Service, Branches, VIP's, etc.)
• Checks actual availability of Parts before giving delivery commitments to all customers.
• Facilitate and assist walk-in clients for all parts related documentations and releasing process.
• Verify affordability of existing ZWM parts pricing methods against other competitors. Report to Parts Manager any significant information and / or data found.
• Screen and addresses Unavailable Parts issues to proper channels for re-ordering and/ or stock (if a...
