Parts Coordinator
to support aftermarket parts sales activities for power generation equipment. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and timely quotations for spare parts based on customer and distributor requests Process sales orders in ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and track orders through to delivery Monitor order status, backorders, and fulfilment timelines proactively follow up on delays Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely shipment Act as the main point of contact for distributor enquiries on parts availability, pricing, and delivery Support distributors in identifying correct parts using technical documentation and parts manuals Maintain pricing structures, discount levels, and quotation consistency Support updates to pricing lists and system uploads Work with sales teams to ensure competitive pricing and margin control Provide inputs for commercial discussio...
