Parts Counter Sales Associate

Position Purpose:

As an Entry Level Parts Counter Associate, you will gain hands-on experience in one of Progressive Auto Group's clean and safe parts departments. Our talented team of skilled supervisors invest in our entry level parts counter associates by teaching them how to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction. Examples of Duties:

+ Assist technicians with locating and ordering needed parts

+ Respond to customer parts or information requests quickly

+ Communicate with customers when a Back Order will occur and offer alternatives

+ Determine availability and price information and document this information as necessary

+ Provide part to customer from stock, procure locally or create a parts order as directed
