Job Description

PARTS COUNTER PERSON Maxim Truck and Trailer 3250 Idylwyld Drive North, Saskatoon, SK S7L 5Y7
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm or 7:00 am – 4:00 pm on a rotation.

Do you have background in heavy duty parts? Are you enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service and acting as part of a team? Maxim is currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual looking to participate in our Edmonton Parts team.The successful candidate will be team-oriented and will ensure customer satisfaction with a relationship-building focus.

Responsibilities
Sells parts to customers and builds customer relationships by correctly identifying parts needed, taking orders, creating invoices, billing out freight, and collecting payment.

Inputs lost sales (e.g. due to no stock) into the business system.

Increases sales and decreases obsolete stock by:

Making suggestions on parts
