Job Description

• Receives and checks the completeness and condition of all SPAO (Spare Parts and Others) delivered in the branch.
• Maintains and safe keeps stocks in their proper Bin Location.
• Performs periodic counting of stocks to ensure that all stocks in the inventory record are complete and intact.
• Entertains all inquiries and concerns regarding SPAO and coordination of the same to motorcycle suppliers.
• Handles the issuance of spare parts and other related products upon customer's purchase and payment.
• Maintains an updated spare parts price list and catalogues..
• Coordinates purchase request & order of customers or branches for the repair of their units under Comprehensive insurance claim or regular troubleshooting procedures
• Submit Daily monitoring of sales and inventory report to Head Office as required.
