What You’ll Be Doing

• Helping customers find the right parts and solutions to get them back on the road
• Navigating systems, catalogues, and inventory to source and order parts accurately
• Processing sales, credits, warranties, and invoices
• Explaining technical information in a way that’s clear and easy to understand
• Supporting warehouse tasks including dispatch and stock management
