Parts & Inventory Lead

Position Summary

The Parts & Inventory Lead plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the Parts & Inventory team at Upstream Data. This position is responsible for organizing, tracking, and assembling components required for builds across multiple specialized departments, including Fabrication, Welding, Electrical, Industrial Mechanics, and Machining.

Acting as the bridge between the warehouse and the shop floor, the Parts & Inventory Lead ensures accuracy, efficiency, and organization in the parts process to support rigorous production schedules and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily tasks for the Supply Chain team, including picking, moving, and facility organization.
