Do you have background in automotive, agricultural or heavy duty parts? Do you aspire to lead an experienced and successful team of sales associates? Maxim is currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual looking to lead our Brandon Parts team.The successful candidate will lead a team who ensures customer satisfaction while building long-term relationships with parts suppliers. 

Responsibilities:
Lead a team that meets or exceeds monthly sales and gross profit budgets for the department.

Supervises staff following Maxim’s Leadership principles. This includes: Hiring the right staff and retaining them
