Drive Autogroup currently has an opportunity available for an experienced Parts Manager. The Parts Manager is the leader of the Parts Team and their primary objective is to motivate, encourage, and inspire thier team and parts department. They should be able to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction to all customers, both internal and external.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and to exceed their expectations.

  • Maintain proper parts inventory levels.
  • Prepare an annual operating budget, goals and objectives for the Parts Department and monitor the department's performance
  • Responsible for onboarding, training and development of Parts Department.
  • Coordinate with the Service Manager and the Body Shop Manager to ensure the availability of parts
  • Handle all customer complaints in a timely manner.
