Parts Sales Supervisor

As a Parts Sales Supervisor, you are to manage the end-to-end dealer order processing, coordinate sales support requests across departments, and ensure timely fulfillment to uphold service standards. The role also maintains sales reporting templates, supports supplier procurement transactions, and drives activities that secure reliable parts availability and dealer sales target achievement.

About the opportunity

1. Timely processing of dealer orders, payments coordinated with finance, and pullouts scheduled without delay.
2. Immediately escape and resolve order processing errors or system issues to avoid delays that could affect dealer sales.
3. Submit an accurate sales forecast every 3rd and 4th week of the month to align dealer targets with actual performance and adjust strategies proactively.
4. Maintain and disseminate regular sales and order reports, providing visibility on dealer performance and identifying gaps against targets.
