Job Description

As a PS&L Ford Champ, you will be responsible of support the export invoicing process and the daily sales report, as well as providing support for any other activity related to the logistics and distribution of parts. To serve as a basis for properly training the next Champ so that they are able to efficiently and effectively perform the responsibilities inherent to the position.

Responsibilities

• Daily Sales Report.
• Air Waybills preparation.
• Transportation finance report.
• Emergency Orders preparation.
• VOR – PNR Orders preparation.
• 3040 PNR format preparation.
• 3040 format preparation – racks collection.
• PRCCA Invoicing process.
• EDI Supplier Integration.

Qualifications

• Active student from any of the last 2 semesters of Business, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, is preferred.
