Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Receiving & Inspection: Unloads and verifies the quantity and condition of parts from TMP and other suppliers against invoices.
• Systematic Binning: Arranges parts in their designated locations according to Toyota's 7 Storage Techniques and maintains proper labeling with SOP tags.
• Inventory Accuracy: Conducts daily stock level checks for fast-moving items, weekly random spot‑checks, and monthly/semi‑annual physical inventories to reconcile SAP records with actual stock.
• Documentation: Updates stock cards and jackets, processes requirements for the Service Department, and maintains records of unclaimed parts.

Operations & Sales Support

• Order Fulfillment: Picks and issues parts for service technicians and assists counter salesmen in releasing orders to walk‑in customers.
