Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Coordination – Manage order tickets between the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely, accurate delivery of dishes.
2. Quality Control – Monitor plating standards, portion sizes, and presentation before food leaves the kitchen.
3. Communication – Act as the link between chefs and front-of-house staff, ensuring all orders are clear and correctly prepared.
4. Issue Resolution – Quickly identify and resolve any order discrepancies or delays.
