 Utilize firm standard tools and software to compute allocations of section 704(b) income, maintain and allocate adjustments under sections 704(c) and 743, and maintain section 704(b) and tax capital records.
 Interpret operating agreements and other documents to determine their impact on allocations and capital, and work with staff to create client specific models.
