Passenger Services Supervisor

**Position Responsibilities:**



+ Oversees all aspects of passenger operations including manifesting passengers, sharing flight movement information via e-mail and public displays, checking passengers in for flights, and coordinating passenger transportation.



+ Trains Passenger Services Representatives on all aspects of passenger processing and advanced use of Pipeline software.



+ Supervises and evaluates employees' performance throughout the season and is responsible for end-of-season employee evaluations.



+ Oversees the manifesting of passengers between McMurdo and Christchurch, NZ, South Pole Station, and various Field Camp locations.



+ Coordinates with ATO Manager to manage passenger numbers on all flights and coordinates the prioritization of passengers, when necessary.



+ Coordinates South Pole passenger movements with South Pole Station management.
