Accountabilities • Reports to Executive, Ground Operations. • Responsible for overseeing daily Ground Handling Agent (GHA) operations relating to Above-the-Wing (ATW) and relevant Below-the-Wing (BTW) coordination, ensuring compliance with Company standards, operational procedures, and airline brand requirements. • Acts as the Airline Representative at station level for passenger handling and service delivery matters.2. Minimum Qualifications and Experience • Diploma in Aviation Management or equivalent. • High School certificate or equivalent with more than 1 year of experience in aviation or ground handling passenger services operations. • Strong knowledge of check-in procedures, boarding processes, passenger handling standards, and irregular operations management. • Familiar with Company operational procedures and service standards. • Good communication, supervisory, and stakehol...
