The Great White House, an upmarket coastal restaurant in Gansbaai, is seeking a passionate À La Carte Chef to lead and manage our kitchen line in a quality-driven, professional environment.

Role Overview:

• Lead and manage à la carte service across hot kitchen, cold kitchen, and pastry sections
• Execute refined, coastal-inspired dishes using fresh seafood and seasonal local produce
• Ensure consistent standards of flavour, presentation, portion control, and timing
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance
• Manage stock control, waste reduction, and sustainable kitchen practices
• Contribute to menu development, specials, and continuous improvement
