Master's or working on one.
English as spoken language.
Leading and shepherding, engaging in outreach activities, and collaborating with the Korean sponsoring church.

- Preaching & Teaching: Prepare and deliver biblically grounded messages.
- Pastoral Care: Provide spiritual guidance, counseling, and prayer.
- Spiritual Leadership: Cast vision, shepherd the congregation, and equip members.
- Church Administration: Manage church staff and volunteers.
- Ceremonies: Officiate religious rites including weddings, funerals, baptisms, and communion.
- Outreach: Develop and implement community outreach and evangelism programs.
