About the position
This is a temporary part-time (60%) position, available from August 2026 until July 2027.
What does the job involve?
**The counsellor will**:
lead student wellbeing and counselling in the primary and secondary departments
provide individual and group counselling sessions to students of secondary school age
maintain accurate and confidential records in line with GDPR and safeguarding requirements
have knowledge of the Norwegian law 12A and its requirements and be involved in any 12A processes at school
liaise with external agencies when appropriate
communicate effectively between school and home
