The Services required are set out as follows:
1. Student Engagement & Development
. Design and deliver structured programmes to equip identified
students with skills to regulate emotions and behaviour
. Provide individual and small-group mentoring sessions
. Build trusting relationships with students to support personal growth
2. Behaviour & Emotional Support
. Identify triggers and develop appropriate intervention strategies
. Reinforce positive behaviour through coaching and modelling
. Support students in applying strategies in classroom and school
settings
3. Collaboration with School Staff
. Work closely with teachers, Year Heads, Student Management Key
Personnel and school leaders to align the support plans for students
. Provide feedback on student progress and behavioural trends
. Contribute to case discussions when required
4. Monitoring & Reporting
