St Paul's Primary School Rutherford is seeking a Permanent Part-Time (14 hours per week) Pastoral Care Worker to join the team from the 20th July 2026.
St Paul’s is a ‘two-stream’ Catholic Parish school of around 387 students, ranging from Kindergarten to Year 6. Our school, which was founded in 1967 by the Sisters of Mercy, has established a strong tradition of academic, sporting and cultural excellence.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Pastoral care is defined in the Project Agreement with the Commonwealth Government as the practice of looking after the personal needs of students, not just their academic needs, through the provision of general spiritual and personal advice.
Pastoral care workers support the Pastoral Care of students by providing:
- pastoral care services
