Pastoral Support Manager - HT

Gracewood Academy is seeking a compassionate, resilient and dedicated Pastoral Support Manager to join our academy this September.

As a Pastoral Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students' wellbeing, behaviour, attendance and personal development. Working closely with students, families, staff and external agencies, you will help to remove barriers to learning, promote positive outcomes and ensure that every student is supported to thrive both academically and personally.
