Pastoral Team Member (Cell and Prayer Ministries)

Ang Mo Kio Methodist Church (TRAC) is seeking a Pastoral Team Member to serve in the Cell and Prayer Ministries. This role focuses on nurturing believers through cell groups, discipleship, prayer, and outreach. It also includes welcoming and caring for people from diverse cultural backgrounds, including migrant workers.
Working closely with the pastoral team and ministry leaders, the staff member will support the life and growth of the church by strengthening cell groups as places of spiritual formation, community, and outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Cell Ministry Development and Support
. Equip and strengthen the cell groups by developing and coordinating discipleship resources, churchwide study series, and equipping for existing and new cell leaders.
